I always assume that all the skills and ideas you need for your individual solution are already within you. Sometimes you might not find access to them on your own, you might be going in circles mentally, doubting, or feeling insecure. I know these feelings too.
Open, empathetic, collaborative
Since 2013, I have been self-employed, my own boss, and have guided my business through many challenges. I am a mother of two and emigrated to Valencia, Spain, with my family a few years ago. In 2021, after the loss of my baby during my second pregnancy, I reached a low point in my life. I wrote a feminist non-fiction book about this and the taboo of miscarriage.
The empowerment of women, strengthening their abilities, and grasping their values and visions is my main concern in coaching. Coaching should be your space to express everything and to move forward clearer, more motivated, and strengthened in what you can and want to achieve.
