A successful event thrives on effective moderation that authentically brings everything together. As a moderator, I am host, interviewer, sparring partner—professional, friendly, and engaging.
My approach as a moderator is always journalistic. I engage with my interview partners openly and with curiosity, asking focused and respectful questions. The goal is for all participants to gain new insights and engage in conversation.
I see my role as creating the framework for this, distilling complex topics clearly and concisely, and involving both guests and audience equally.
